wholesale pricing & u-pick info
event wholesale pricing
I love providing buckets of our seasonal flowers for events (weddings, birthdays, long table events, etc) which you can use to create your own unique bouquets.
Or maybe you're a local shop that would be interested in a
weekly bucket for table vases.
Pricing will vary slightly with each case, but the starting rates are below. (prices valid until September 2018).
Small bucket - $35 - fills about 4-5 regular mason jars
Large bucket - $55 - fills about 8 regular mason jars
Are you a bride?
My wholesale buckets are a perfect, affordable option for table arrangements and extra decor for your day. Please e-mail me for more details, including what date you’re getting married. My florals are very seasonal in nature, and not all varieties are available every month. I would love to chat with you and come up with a plan
for your Big Day!
Note: You can order florals for an event and have me pick them, or (bring your friends) and pick your own - read more about u-pick below!
Have something else in mind?
Please get in touch and let’s talk!
U-pick is available by appointment only from late May to the end of August, while supplies last.
Please send me an e-mail at: email@example.com to schedule a time!
How u-pick works:
First you schedule a u-pick appointment with me (see above). I'll provide you with my location info and more details at that time.
I'll be present to meet you on site and will loan you a pair of clippers and a vessel to fill with flowers (see below for pricing). Fill the container of your choice with our field flowers! If you're hoping to add more than the allotted focal flowers (dahlias, sunflowers, aster) for your chosen vessel, extra focal flowers are $2/stem.
Large mason jar - $10 - includes one focal flower ($3 extra if you choose to purchase my jar)
Small bucket - $25 - fills about 4-5 regular mason jars - includes 5 focal flowers
Large bucket - $45 - fills about 8 regular mason jars - includes 8 focal flowers
*Buckets are not available for purchase, but can be taken home for a $5 deposit fee to be refunded to you when you return your bucket.
You are welcome to explore the garden on your own and create your own bouquet, or I can accompany you and show you which blooms are ready and share a little more info about each flower.
When you're finished, you can transfer the flowers into your own container, or choose to purchase the mason jar you've picked into.
what to bring:
A large mason jar, vase, or bucket of some sort to transfer your bouquet into if you don't want to purchase one. Your own snips if you'd like, although I'll have some you can borrow if you don't have any. A camera! The garden is a beautiful spot for a few photos.
things to remember
We are cash and credit only at this time - sorry no debit or cheques.
Please leave your pets at home - while I'd love to meet your pooch or feline friends, the flowers don't like being trampled.
Children must be supervised at all times. We ask that they don't run through the garden, as the flowers are easily damaged.
Flower availability is subject to change unexpectedly, and not all varieties are available all Summer.
Please respect the roped-off areas. This is my family's home and we ask that you stay within the designated u-pick area.
Be aware this is a small-scale, intensive flower farm! This means small spaces with tiny pathways. Be aware of scratchy leaves, pollen and other allergens that are prevalent in a garden.
The garden is always buzzing with bees and wasps. While we have never been stung working - pollinators are far too busy to pay attention to us - we cannot guarantee against bee stings.
Have fun so much and tag #grayacres in all your shots so I can find them!
Maybe u-pick isn't your thing, and you'd rather pick up a pre-made bouquet,
I charge $15 for a hand-tied bouquet - and a pick-up time can be arranged through my e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
